Why it matters · Our view
Citadel moving its headquarters to Miami is one of the clearest signs of finance relocating to South Florida, the same trend behind Ken Griffin’s gift to launch Carnegie Mellon’s Wynwood campus. A tower of this scale also reshapes the Brickell waterfront and demand for offices, hotels and homes around it.
Still to be confirmed
Construction timing, final height and the completion date have not been confirmed by an official Citadel announcement we could find. Reported cost figures vary.
