Why it matters · Our view
Private aviation follows wealth, and Miami has drawn plenty of it. More hangar space at Miami Executive means more room for business jets close to Kendall, Coral Gables and South Dade, the same part of the county now courting aerospace and defense-tech employers. Unlike many announcements, this one has moved to construction.
Still to be confirmed
An opening date and how the campus will be phased have not been announced.
