Terminal AI embeds engineers in businesses to build custom AI agents, automations and integrations, starting with the workflow that costs a company the most time. Stationed founder Ja’dan Johnson leads the division as general manager.

The team has about 10 people and about 10 open positions, recruiting from its Wynwood office, Refresh Miami reported. Those roles are planned hires, not jobs already filled.

Why it matters · Our view

Miami’s tech scene is moving from “AI experiments” to AI that does daily work inside companies, and this deal keeps that engineering work and its hiring in Wynwood. It is also a story to revisit: whether the team really doubles will show how strong demand is.

Still to be confirmed

The price of the deal; how many of the open roles are filled; results with clients.
